Each time you refer a friend to live at Y Suites on Waymouth, Y Suites on A’Beckett or Y Suites on Gibbons, both of you could receive $250* rent rebate each.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer is valid until the 31.12.2023 unless extended or apartments are fully booked.
2. The referred friend must include the resident’s referral code under the promo code field in the booking form.
3. The referred friend must be classified as a new eligible resident.
4. Half of the rent rebate will be given upon completion of 50% of the lease term and the other half will be given 2 weeks before the resident ends his/her lease.
5. This offer is only valid for Y Suites on Waymouth in Adelaide, Y Suites on A’Beckett in Melbourne and Y Suites on Gibbons in Sydney. This offer does not apply to other Y Suites’ Properties in Australia.
6. This offer is only valid for direct bookings with Y Suites via its website, email, phone, live chats or in person at the property.
7. This offer is not valid for applicants (i.e. the referee) who has made a booking or entered into an agreement to occupy, a room and/or bed at any property owned and/or managed by Y Suites and its corporate affiliates or third-party partners.
8. In the event of lease break, all booking incentives will be charged back to the residents.
9. Y Suites reserves the right to change the terms of this offer or to end this offer at anytime.
