Promotion Tier 1:

• All studio half-year and semester lease bookings will be eligible for $300 rent rebate upon booking and $200 rent rebate when lease is renewed
• All studio full-year lease bookings will be eligible for $500 rent rebate upon booking and $400 rent rebate when lease renewed

Promotion Tier 2:

• All full-year lease bookings will be eligible for airport transfer – taxi claim up to $100 with receipt or airport pick up service (arranged by Y Suites China team)

Promotion Tier 3 (Book on Y Suites website directly):

• Refer a friend – $500 rent rebate per referral to the student who referred the booking direct to Y Suites Reservation Team

• All Y Suites on A’Beckett residents who previously departed and make a new booking will be eligible for an additional $200 rent rebates or gift card.

Promotion Tier 4:

• Group bookings (minimum 3 pax) are eligible for an additional $200 rent rebates.
