Promotion Tier 1:

•Group bookings for semester lease are eligible for a $200 rent rebate.
•All half-year lease bookings are eligible for a $500 rent rebate, while enjoying full-year lease rates (applicable for all room types) and a complimentary room upgrade when you book a Studio Premium or 2 Bedroom Apartment (subject to availability).
•All full-year lease bookings will be eligible for $1,000 rent rebate and a complimentary room upgrade when you book a Studio Premium or 2 Bedroom Apartment (subject to availability).

Promotion Tier 2:

Refer a friend – $500 e-gift card each per referral to the student who referred the booking and the student who was referred the booking.

Promotion Tier 3:

Group bookings (minimum 3 pax) are eligible for an additional $200 rent rebate. (For all lease types)

Promotion Tier 4:

All bookings will be eligible to receive free bed linen packs
