Promotion Tier 1:
•Studio Premium on a Semester lease or Full Year lease will enjoy an additional $20 off per week

•2-bedoom Apartment and Ensuite Premium on a Semester lese or Full year lease will an enjoy additional $10 off per week.

Promotion Tier 2:

Refer a friend – $500 e-gift card each per referral to the student who referred the booking and the student who was referred the booking.

Promotion Tier 3:

Group bookings (minimum 3 pax) are eligible for an additional $200 rent rebate. (For all lease types)

Promotion Tier 4:

All bookings will be eligible to receive free bed linen packs.

Promotion Tier 5:

All bookings are eligible for airport transport subsidy of up to $50, which will be reimbursed through a rent reduction.
